Marcia Lea Aubert (Timmons), 82, of Topeka passed away on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 following a battle with cancer, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 17,1939 in Belvue, Kansas, the fifth of 10 children, to Melvin, Sr. and Pearl (Heston) Timmons. She was a loving wife, mom, grandma, sister, and aunt. She was a homemaker who helped raise many children, including her siblings, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a couple foster kids. She never stopped putting everyone first and herself second. She liked to bowl in the 80's and 90's over at Gage Bowl North on Friday night mixers. She attended East Side Baptist Church for many years and most recently was a member of Grace Community Church since its opening in 1998. Grace Community was her second home as many of the members referred to her as the church's mom/grandma.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years Jack Aubert; both of her parents; sister Flossy; brothers Melvin, Jr., Riley, and Gary; two bonus sons, Jimmy Dale Aubert and David Hodges; also a bonus granddaughter, Leaha Schmuck. Those left behind to cherish her memory include four daughters, five sisters.

She will also be dearly missed by her grandsons and granddaughters and many, many
great grandsons, great granddaughters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at the Davidson Funeral Home, 1035 N. Kansas Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66608.
