Donald Sellars Dies Wednesday at Kilmichael

Donald Sellars, 71, of Piney Forest Community, died early Wednesday, September 2, in the Kilmichael Hospital following an extended illness. He was a retired farmer and school bus driver. He was a member of Piney Forest Baptist Church. His parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Sellars, pioneer citizens of the Piney Forest Community.

Funeral services will be held today, Thursday, September 3, at 3 p.m. in Milligan Springs Baptist Church. The Rev. J.B. Rowe and the Rev. J. C. Sansing will officiate. Burial will be in the Milligan Springs Cemetery with Winona Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be A. M. Eiland, Aubrey Eiland, Howard Eiland, Hewett Austin, Loyse Fowler, Ciro Nobels, Redell Poe.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lula Box Sellars, Stewart; a daughter, Mrs. Sybil Tharp of Winona; a sister Mrs. Jim Hitt Moore of Tomnolen; one brother, Wright Sellars of Stewart, and two grandsons, Glen Allen and Jerry Tharp of Winona.
