Guy was born December 9, 1954 in Knox, IN to Edward Beauchamp and Wilma (Abbott) Peterson and lived in the area all of his life. On May 28, 1983 in Hamlet, IN, he was married to the former Elizabeth Thomas, who survives. Also surviving are seven children, Amanda (George) Renner of Knox, Angela (Larry) Fisher of Knox, Marlaina Beauchamp (Mike) of Monterey, Amy (Jamison) Shaffer of Rochester, Aleshia Hubbard of Knox, Barbara Beauchamp (Kevin) of Knox and Guy Beauchamp Jr. (Kimmy) of Knox; 28 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Roger (Dorothy) Beauchamp of Rochester and Larry (Paula) Beauchamp of Monticello.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Bob Beauchamp; one sister, Beverly Terry; and one grandson, Zachary Bielinski.
Guy was a former truck driver. He was a member of the Hamlet United Methodist Church and the Knox American Legion.
Funeral services will be Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. CDT at Rannells Funeral Home, Hamlet Chapel. Burial will follow at the Fletcher Cemetery, Hamlet. Visitation will be Friday evening at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CDT and Saturday one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Rannells Funeral Home, P.O. Box 500, Hamlet, IN 46532.
