PATRICIA ANN MERRITT, a life long resident of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Surviving are her son, Frank (Rebecca) Merritt; two cherished grandchildren, Ripley and Reece; her sister, Sue (Rich) Stein; as well as her nieces and nephews, Tammy (Brian) Houser, Vickie Blair, Chris (Deborah) Syndram and Curtis (Lourdes) Syndram and Scott Stein and Rich (Kelley) Stein; many grandnieces and grandnephews; and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Frank Lebrato; sister, Theresa (John) Bennett; and niece, Kimberly (William) Allen. In accordance with Patricia's wishes, a private family gathering was held.
