Vista - Malcolm Walker, 72, died Thursday in a Long Beach hospital. Born Aug. 4, 1899 in Fairland Okla., he was a retired lumberman. He lived in Vista for 10 years before moving to Long Beach two years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Billye Riker of Dallas, Tex., a niece, Regie Buttram of Vista, two brothers. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Oceanside.
