Born at Saint John NB on May 14, 1955, he was a son of the late Ralph and June (Curran) Anthony.
In addition to his parents, He was predeceased by his wife Rebecca and his brother Dallas.
Bert graduated from ECRS in 1973. He then attended NBCCs' carpentry program. Upon graduating he started his career at Harts, perfecting his craft until taking over the business and renaming it Anthony's Carpentry Shop. His workmanship is well known throughout New Brunswick by individual Custom Kitchens and the English Butler stores. Bert enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, boating, hunting, and four-wheeling.
Interment in the Christ Church (Anglican) Cemetery in Pennfield NB.
