Joan A. Davis of West Grove, Pennsylvania passed away on December 16, 2021 due to complications from COPD. She was 81 years old.
She is survived by her brothers, E. Kenneth Davis of Beverly Hills, Florida and Thomas R. Davis of Kennett Square, PA; sister, Janet Lamborn (Jay) of Port Charlotte, Florida; sister-in- law, Beth Davis (Randy). She was predeceased by her parents, Ernest K. Davis and Mae W. Davis (nee. Weer); brothers, William W. Davis, W. Gene Davis and Gerald W. Davis; sisters-in-law, Grace and Joan Marie.
She is also survived by a slew of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Joan worked for several decades as a bank teller in Avondale, PA. After retirement, she spent every waking hour doting on her siblings' children and grandchildren, for which we all will be forever grateful. In her spare time, she endured watching Philadelphia sports teams on television.
The family thanks the staffs at Chester County and St. Francis Hospitals for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks also to the staff and Joan's friends at Luther House in Jennersville, PA.
The funeral will be private and services will be announced.
