Wendall Lyle was born in Summerside to Eva (née Connell) and Ralph Lyle. He married Elizabeth Tuplin and was father to two children and step children.~Wendall died at the Summerset Manor in Summerside on June 9 2016 at age 78. Predeceased by his stepdaughter Linda Waite and his brother Garth.
