Michael (Mikey) S. Brosnan Jr., 34, of Philadelphia for the past 15 years, previously of the Wallingford section of Nether Providence Twp., passed away on November 16, 2008. He was born April 22, 1974 in Rochester NY a son of Michael S. Sr. and Candace (nee Cozine) Brosnan of Wallingford. Michael was a 1992 graduate of Strath Haven High School, attended Drexel Univ. for 2 years and worked as a electrician in Philadelphia. He was a musician and a member of the Philadelphia band called The Claw and was also an artist, poet, potter and photographer. Michael was the owner, producer and distributor of Goatboy Records. Music was his life, his dream and his passion and he loved and cherished his family and friends more than anything. In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister Kelly Stringer of Dubois; his nephew Jack Stringer and also his aunts and uncles. Relatives and friends are invited to his Calling Period Friday from 9am until the time of his Memorial Service at 11am at the Community Arts Center, 414 Plush Mill Rd., Wallingford. Interment private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Community Arts Center 414 Plush Mill Rd. Wallingford, PA 19086. Arrangements in the care of the Cavanagh Patterson Family Funeral Home and Private Crematory 43 E. Baltimore Ave., Media.
