Robert Marshall, Leader in Lodge
Robert McCleary Marshall, 74, a resident of Washington for more than 50 years, died of a heart attack yesterday in his home at 6101 Sixteenth street N.W.
Mr. Marshall was born in West Virginia. For 42 years he was employed by the old Capital Transit Co., now D. C. Transit. He was a life member of the Washington Centennial Lodge 14. F. A. A. M., and served as its master of ceremonies for 33 years.
He leaves his wife, Edythe Lowry Marshall, of the home address; a son, George L. Marshall, 126 South Columbus avenue. Arlington, and a daughter, Mrs. Lena Mary Ricci, 2901 Dawson avenue, Silver Spring.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the S. H. Hines Funeral Home, 2901 Fourteenth street N.W. Burial will be in Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
