Robert L. Happ, 73-year-old Langley resident, passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021, in Tulsa. He was born on October 18, 1948, in Batavia, New York, to Lawrence Elmer Happ and Mildred Alice (Belles) Happ. He grew up in New York and eventually moved to Texas where he met the love of his life, Vangelina "Lina" (Ruiz) Happ, they were married on March 7, 1984, in Amarillo, Texas. Robert worked as an autobody repairman for many years. They moved to the Langley area in 2010. He was a collector of train sets, building and putting together many villages and model train tracks. Robert also loved to cook and take care of his loved ones.
