She proudly attended Ursuline Academy, an all-girls high school and excelled in her studies. Jackie met her husband James in 1955 and they were married on November 24, 1956 in St. Louis, Missouri. The couple were married for nearly 35 years, raised four children, enjoyed attending their children's swim meets, hosting social gatherings and winning local dance competitions. Jackie worked at the Titusville Chamber of Commerce and later in the hospitality industry. She retired in 1991 following the passing of her husband James.
