Nancy married Clayton "Undie" Fifarek on December 11, 1954 in Menominee, MI; He died November 20, 1983.
She had worked at Fish Net & Twine for three years and managed the Veal Farms for Mary Jane and Elmer Ellis for seven years.
Nancy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading, painting ceramics, knitting and crocheting. She was a member of Holy Family Parish.
Nancy is survived by two daughters: Patty Jo (Mark) Johnson of Peshtigo, WI and Kristin Mathews of Marinette, WI;
three brothers: Raymond of Hudson, WI, Jerry and Jim both of Marinette, WI;
ten grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren;
She is further survived by special friends who gave love and much assistance, Becky Keyport, Craig Kopatz and Stanley Urbanski.
In addition to her parents and husband Clayton, she was preceded in death by three sons: Michael, Steven and Randy;
a daughter Kathleen Shampo;
three brothers: Duane, David and Gary;
and two sisters Carol and Kathy.
Visitation will be held at Thielen Funeral Home on Thursday December 30th from 4pm to 7pm with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish-St Joseph's Church on Carney Blvd on Friday at 11 am with Reverend Celestine Byekwaso officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
