Mrs. Mary E. Garrity
Mrs. Mary Ellen (Conway) Garrity, wife of John J. Garrity, and a resident of Lowell for the past 45 years, died last night at her home, 158 Crawford Street. Mrs. Garrity had been a resident of the Pawtucketville section of the city for the past 25 years and was known throughout the community. She was an attendant at St. Rita's Church and a member of the Blessed Virgin sodarity of the church. Besides her husband she leaves three sons, Peter F., of this city, and John T. and Timothy W. Garrity of Boston; three daughters, Mrs. Louis Bush of Dracut, and Mrs. John Roberts and Miss Agnes T. Garrity, both of this city; two sisters, Mrs. Bridget Foster of Ireland, and Mrs. John Conway of Lowell, many nieces and nephews and nine grandchildren.
Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell, Friday, January 7, 1938.
