CORNELUS COUGHLIN
Cornelius Coughlin, an old resident of this city, died yesterday morning at the Lowell General hospital following an illness of but a few days. It was the family's second death in a month's time. the mother, Mrs. Mary Coughlin, having died Dec. 20.
He was the father of three Word War veterans, the late Francis M., Edward J. and Richard T. Coughlin.
For many years he was an attendant of the Sacred Heart church and made his home at 535 Lawrence Street. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Anna V. Urquhart of this city and Mrs. Mary A. Roberts of Brooklyn, N.Y.; three sons, Edward J., Richard T. and Cornelius A.Coughlin; one sister, Mrs. Julia Whelton; one brother, Dennis Whelton; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will take place on Thursday at funeral home with solemn high mass at Sacred Heart church. Burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell.
