ACCOCELLA, MARIO J., 83, of Spring Hill, died Saturday (Sept 25, 2004) at Oak Hill Hospital in Spring Hill. He came to this area 12 years ago from his native Mount Vernon, N.Y. He was a self-employed landscaper and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was an active member of the New York Turf & Landscape Association and was a member of the Holy Name Society. He was Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; a son, Dominic, Tampa; a daughter, Mary Long, Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, Michael, Pelham, N.Y.; a sister, Rose Giovinazzo, Staten Island, N.Y.; 17 nieces and nephews; and five grandchildren.
