Baldwyn-- Nettie Morgan Hatfield, 75, died Thursday morning at Northeast Mississippi Hospital, after a brief illiness. She was the widow of Truss W. Hatfield and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Milton Koon and Bro. Luther Gibson, officiating. Burial will be in Prentiss Memorial Garden.
Survivors include two sons; Terry Hatfield of Baldwyn and Jerry Hatfield of Wheeler; a sister Mrs. Minnie Morgan Hill, McBride of Booneville; 11 grandchildren.
She was the great grandmother of Morgan Michelle Hatfield and Trenton Brock Hatfield; Morgan was born on her birthday, and named after this great grandmother.
