Beverly Rose Farrer
May 8, 1933 - January 1, 2022 (age 88)

Beverly Rose Ewing Farrer, 88, passed away on January 1, 2022 in the Beaver Valley Hospital. She was born May 8, 1933 in Logan, Utah to John Merlyn and Ruby LaVon Hansen Ewing. Beverly grew up in Logan and graduated from Logan High School. Shortly after graduation Bev came to live in Beaver with her sister and brother-in-law, McKay Farrer. McKay's brother started hanging around his house more and more, almost immediately Bev was smitten and soon married the love of her life Rondo T. Farrer on February 21, 1952. Their 65 year union produced three 3 children Jana, James and Cyndee.

Beverly spent a full career working for Alma's which later became Mike's in her 25 plus years spent there. She loved the employees and the people of Beaver. Being a complete people person she also loved serving for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in various church callings, merry misses girls where some of her favorite. This is where she taught numerous young women how to drive her well known Buicks with Ron-Bev license plates. Her most cherished church calling was serving as an ordinance worker in the St. George temple for 20 plus years. Bev loved to travel and if she wasn't traveling with Rondo and their friends, you could find her traveling to her yearly cousin reunion. Time spend away also included spending time at her and Rondo's cabin with family and loved ones.

In the later years of her life Beverly was most well-known for going for her daily afternoon ride and a Diet Pepsi with Jana. This ride included checking up on the grandkids and Steven to make sure the farm was still functioning. Following she could be found playing cards, dice, having a tea party or reading books with her grandchildren.

Beverly is survived by her daughter Jana (Steven) Bradshaw of Beaver Utah, 5 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Rondo T. Farrer, son James Farrer, daughter Cyndee Farrer, grandson Ryan Bradshaw, parents, and siblings Bill Ewing and Janell Farrer.

Graveside services will be held January 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mountain View Cemetery (450 North 600 East Beaver, Utah). A family viewing will be held that same day at 10:00 a.m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary (195 North 200 West). All services will be under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. www.sumortuary.com
