I believe that Effie M. Douglass Douglass was the daughter of Daniel Douglass, originally of Glascow, Scotland and Hannah Maria Friend of Gloucester, Massachusetts. Presumably her middle name is Maria after her mother's name but I don't know. Her son Alex M. Douglass, Jr. was buried in Evergreen Cemetery in Jacksonville along with her husband and his father Captain Alexander Mitchell Douglass, Sr. and her daughter Elsie Friend Young Douglass. I don't know where Effie was buried. I would welcome examination of this and further information from family or other people who might know.
