Anna Lee Abel, age 92, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 3, 2022. Anna was born January 31, 1929 in Elwood, Indiana but lived her entire life in Indianapolis. She married Bobbie R. Abel on December 24, 1947 and he preceded her in death. Also preceding her are her daughter, Judy Hensley, her great granddaughter, Holly Sinclair and her parents.
Anna is survived by her sons, Steven, Charles and Ronald (Sheril) Abel; 9 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 12 great-great grandchildren.
Anna loved to Square Dance, Sew, going to the Casino. She loved to do crafts and also enjoyed her flowers and loved butterflies.
Visitation for Anna will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Crown Hill Funeral Home. Visitation will also be held on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
