Seibert E. Stumbaugh, 67, of 57 Keystone Ave., died at 12:25 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26, 1990, in the Veterans Administration Hospital, Lebanon.

Born July 26, 1923, in Greencastle, he was the son of the late George and Sadie Zimmerman Stumbaugh.

He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist church, Burt J. Asper Post 46 American Legion, National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Loyal Order of Moose 842.

Mr. Stumbaugh was retired with more than 40 years of service from Letterkenny Army Depot.

A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a life member of charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a former member of the Landis-McCleaf detachment of the Marine Corps League.

Surviving are his wife, Phyllis Ensminger (Stumbaugh; a daughter, Kay (Mrs. Rodney) Young of chambersburg; three sons, Terry L. of Germantown, Md., Vaughn E. of Rockville, Md., and James B. of chambersburg; eight grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and a sister, Pearl Yeager of chambersburg. Two sisters preceded him in death.
