Mr. Montague died November 17, 2002, at Miss. Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Mr. Montague was a retired funeral director for Oliver Funeral Home. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and a U. S. Army Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Shackael Montague of Winona; and his brother, Marshall Edward Montague of Brandon.
Pallbearers were Mike Jefcoat, James Britt, Kenny Britt, Kenny Downs, Brett Moorman and Don Nobles.
