Winfield, passed away Monday, October 4, 2021, at her mother's home.
Born November 10, 2002, in Wichita, she was the daughter of Timothy Boyd and Bambi Ackerman and the twin sister of Denzel Ackerman. She was raised in both Kansas and Oklahoma, receiving her high school education in Winfield. She graduated with the Winfield High School Class of 2021. Chenille worked at Braum's in Winfield.
Chenille was determined, beautiful, loving, kind, loyal, and forgiving. She always had a smile and loved to laugh. She especially loved her family, her friends, and her dogs.
Chenille is survived by her father, Timothy Boyd and wife, Yolanda "Lonnie"; her mother, Bambi Ackerman; her twin brother Denzel Ackerman; sister Joycelyn Skinner; her brother Delondre Roberson; her maternal grandmother, Teresa Swyear; her paternal grandmother, Shirley Tolbert; and many other extended family members, teachers, and close friends who all loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by brothers Alvin Ackerman-Coats, Thornstein Coats, and Tyler Ackerman.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield. The service will be livestreamed at www.milesfuneralservice.com.
Memorials have been established in Chenille's name for Cowley County Humane Society and Eagle Nest. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
