Funeral services for Gerald W. Renfro, 90, of Levelland, will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007 at First United Methodist Church, Levelland, with Rev. Wendell Horn, pastor, and Rev. David Robertson of Lubbock, officiating. Burial will be in City of Levelland Cemetery under direction of George Price Funeral Home. He died at 10:44 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007 at Vista Care Hospice, Lubbock, Texas.

He was born on Nov. 12, 1917 in Jones County, to Cullen C. and Ocie Bond Renfro. On Nov. 11, 1939, he married Bea Cooley and she preceded him in death on March 23, 2006. He farmed in Hamlin and moved to Levelland in 1959, where he continued to farm until his retirement. He faithfully served his Lord in the First United Methodist Church of Levelland.

Survivors include his sons, Gerald Don Renfro and his wife, Ann, of Edmond, Okla. and Raymond Renfro and his wife, Delores, of Belton; his daughter, Margaret Jordan and her husband, Eddie, of Levelland; eight grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
