Devoted father of Brandon (Sara) Cusack, late Sean Cusack, Ashley (Anthony) Genna and Angela (Luke) Anderson. Cherished grandfather of Scarlet, Colton, Hadley, Mallory and Avery. Dear son of the late Emmett and Estelle Cusack and son-in-law of Anthony and Mary Ann Tito. Fond brother of Brian (Sandy) Cusack, Cheryl (late Jim) Delaney, Coleen (Tom) Skipper and the late Robert, Marty and Jimmy Cusack. Many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Tuesday January 18th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Adolf Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Ltd. 7000 S. Madison St; Willowbrook.
Family and friends will gather on Wednesday January 19th for Mass 10:00 am at St. Francis Xavier Church, 124 N. Spring Ave; LaGrange. Interment: Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
