Spooky was a polydactal cat. He had 6 toes on each foot. He was also born deaf. I spoke to him, but used sign for a lot of things. He was found by a cousin, and brought home. He came to us just before Halloween 1990. That is why he is named Spook, and the fact that he was white. He was totally white. He was also a diabetic, but was cured of it. He loved his backyard, his friends, and his mom and ra. He had quite the vocabulary, he vocalized about 12 words, to help his folks know what he wanted. He was a gentleman to the end. He found out the tastes of BBQ, last year, and would slobber if he smelled any in the neighbourhood. He managed to have his last turkey feast, before going off, and that would have pleased him greatly. He started to feel funny just after his birthday, August 1, 2007. The doctor said that it was a growth in his stomach or his lungs that was blocking his ability to breath. He wasn't eating, and was thin as a rail. But, he would try his darnest. His ashes are still in his house, to be put carefully away, as to be not in harms way. His ra is heart-broken. He came to us a stray, and wondered if I was to be his new mommy, which I thoroughly enjoyed being all his life, and so did his da. He will eventually be buried with either his ma or ra in their coffin, to be with us always. He was my second male pussycat. We will have no more pusses, as I am allergic. He was the one and only puss!

He will be extremely, missed!
