Swedish noblewoman and court official. She was a daughter of the unmarried Prince Magnus, Duke of East Gothland, and his mistress Valborg Eriksdotter. She was the second child of her parents. Like her older sister Virginia, she grew up with her aunt Princess Elizabeth from the age of three. Her sister Virginia is not documented after 1572 and probably had died by then. She got her own nanny, was called "Little Maid" at the age of nine and eventually became maid of honor (chambermaid) to Princess Elizabeth. She was a bridesmaid at Elizabeth's wedding in 1581 and then was part of the court that followed Elizabeth to Mecklenburg in Germany. She met her future husband Christoffer von Warnstedt, a German nobleman accompanying the groom, but due to a conflict between her uncles Duke Carl and King John III, it took five years before they were finally allowed to marry. Duke Carl, Pontus De la Gardie and Crown Prince Sigmund finally succeeded in getting John III to give her permission so she could be married to von Warnstedt in 1586. The wedding was held in Vreta Abbey Church. The couple received expensive wedding outfits from Duke Carl. She became court mistress to Duke Carl's wife Princess Maria, Duchess of Sudermania. She and von Warnstedt had four sons and one daughter. Her funeral was held December 19th 1624 in Roslags-Bro Church and she was buried in the Warnstedt Chapel in Uppsala Cathedral.
