Jimmy Junior Atwood, age 70, of Fort Worth, passed away on January 16, 2022. Jimmy was born on October 5, 1951 to Oliver and Stella Atwood in Caddo, Oklahoma. Jimmy was a master plumber, a homebuilder, and a security officer. He was a member of Willow Park Baptist Church for 18 years, a 32nd degree Mason, and a Shriner. He enjoyed football and was the All City Guard for Paschal High School in 1969. Jimmy loved traveling to Las Vegas where he loved to play the blackjack and craps tables.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Beverly Atwood of Fort Worth, daughters, Karen and Shy Rickman both of Fort Worth, son, Timothy James Atwood and fiancé Krystal Putnam of Mineral Wells; sisters, Gloria Scott, Stella Atwood, Mary Jane Dutton, and Sherry Redfield; brother, Rodney Atwood, and two grandchildren, Tanner and Tim Jr.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 1, 2022 from 6:00 - 8:00pm at Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel, 4941 I-20 Frontage Rd., Willow Park, Texas 76087. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 2:00pm at Willow Park Baptist Church, 129 Ranch House Rd, Aledo, Texas.
