After her children flew the nest, she loved spending time with her beloved husband at the family cabin. They spent 50 blessed years together, until the loss of Ed, in 2002. She enjoyed shopping, trips to Black Hawk, movies, meeting with friends at Bible study and most of all being with her family and close friends.
Others who will miss her dearly include 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, her loved neighbors and many other close friends who knew her sweet smile and great hugs.
