Paula was born in Bismarck North Dakota 29 August 1945. She left Moffit North Dakota at the age of 6 years old taking the train with her mother Julianna, 2 sisters Elizabeth and Eunice settled in the Oregon coast town of Newport. She finished high school and married Carl Leslie Kentta Jr. on February 8, 1964. Paula and Carl welcome to son, Mark, Leslie Kentta on September 8, 1964 in Toledo Oregon. The following year they welcomed her daughter, Debrajane Kentta on June 23, 1965. Born in Newport Oregon. Paula continued to work at the family business Lou's dog house in Toledo, Oregon. While in high school, she worked at Moe's restaurant in Newport home of the famous clam chowder. She knew the recipe by hand. Paula and Carl eventually went separate ways in 1976. Paula moved to Portland Oregon and worked at the Portland Chamber of Commerce. And then later she drove a private limousine for Maurice Lucas of the Portland trailblazers. And later a private limousine for Muhammad Ali, Ray Charles, John Denver, and a few others. Paula retired and moved to Central Oregon, where she loved trail riding and raising horses. Paula was an avid yoga instructor even well into her 60s, she died on May 4, 2016 at partners in care in Bend Oregon.

She was lovingly surround by her family and her sisters cat Scout as she passed on May 4, 2016 at 3:20 am. At Hospice house of Bend. She was preceded in death by her mother Julianna Cutler and her Sister Ellie Laplante. She is survived by her sister Eunice Craycraft , her son Mark Kentta , her Daughter Debra Jane Kentta . Her grandchildren Joey Kentta, Joshua Kentta, Mary Bessenbacher, Brian Couch. Her great grand children, Zoey, Zane, Peyton, Brigham, Olen, and LJ. Her nephews Mark Mitzel, Patrick Mc Donough, nieces Judy Kay Rikard and Zena Jackson.;great nieces and nephews Kourtney Jackson, Danika Malcom, Derrick Malcom, Julianna Rikard, Savanna Eakin, Justin Jackson, Graceanne Jackson. Madeline and Emmett.
