Kelly Nicole Rowe, 39 of Pikeville, KY passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at her residence. Kelly was born July 29, 1982 to Gwendolyn Ward Caudill of Elkhorn City, KY and the late Ivol Caudill. In addition to her dad, Kelly was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul Jr. and Christina Ward. Besides her mother, Kelly is survived by two sons, Triston David Rowe of Pikeville, KY and Jordan Blaze Rowe of Elkhorn City, KY; and two stepdaughters, Allison Rowe of Inez, KY and Whitney Rowe of Richmond, KY. She is survived a sister, Mindy (Ryan) Swiney of Pikeville, KY; a brother, Daniel (Kaysha) Caudill of Elkhorn City, KY; nephews & niece, Braydon Ryan Swiney, Brylon Shane Swiney, Brentley Shane Caudill & Pyper Raye Caudill. Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, Janaury 28, 2022 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 2PM from the chapel with David Thacker officiating.
