Antoinette Rose Mancuso Sacco passed away peacefully at the age of 92 in Houston, Texas. Antoinette, endearingly known as Toni, was born on November 7, 1929 in Houston and married Allan Joseph Sacco ("Poppie") on June 4, 1950. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Allan of 54 years, her mother Angelina, and her father Ross Mancuso. Toni was the proud mother to Allan Jr., Sheri, Cindy, Kathy, and Chris. She was also an adoring grandmother of six grandchildren: Angela Draut, Joey Sacco, Vincent Sacco, Beau Beasley, Blake Plaster, and Kaitlyn Meyer, and numerous great-grandchildren. They all cherished her and will miss her forever.

Toni was a wonderful homemaker and fabulous cook that had all the neighbors talking. She always wanted to fill your plate; especially if she saw you were about to finish your meal, she magically appeared with more food. It was hard to say no because the food was always so tasty and made with so much love. Toni was also the neighbor who would bring you a Thanksgiving turkey or a Christmas plate if you were alone for the holidays. When Toni hosted Thanksgiving or Christmas at her home, she wouldn't sleep for days as she prepared meals, decorated the tree, and wrapped countless presents. Whether you were stopping by for a quick visit or an evening to catch up, she always had a fresh pot of coffee and sweet treats to snack on. Toni was the queen bee at the local flea market and knew everyone and everyone loved her. She was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed and never met a stranger. If you needed your prescription picked up, she was first in line and delivered them straight to your front door. When a neighbor on Pine Shade passed away, Toni would collect money for flowers to send to the family.

Toni loved all her kids, and especially her grandkids. When a baby was born she was there to lend a helping hand for both mom and baby. She adored babies and especially their little feet. As soon as she got her hands or "the mawmaw claw" as we would call it, she'd gently take off the babies' socks and play with the toes.

Toni was an amazing caretaker to her mom, NaNa and Allan. She never skipped a beat taking care of them and always put their needs before her own. She would load up NaNa, head to Kmart, be gone for hours on end, and bring home items just to return them the next day. When the grandkids were little, they'd always ask Poppie, "where's MawMaw", and his response was always the same "she's out shopping she'll be back in a little bit". When she would arrive back home from her shopping sprees, she'd pull into the driveway and would put the car in park before a complete stop. Toni was lover her snacks (especially sweets), and the wrappers in her car could be overwhelming sometimes.

We will miss our sweet mom, grandmother and great-grandmother dearly. She was a true force to be reckoned with and a staunch Catholic that always put her faith first. All her grandchildren knew from a young age to pray for St. Anthony's intercession for lost things as she was constantly misplacing items around the house. Each birthday she would present us with a rosary, prayer card or a religious relic for us to have for our first communion, confirmation or any sacrament. Faith was so important to Toni, and we were so blessed to have a wonderful foundation to learn and grow from.
