Obituary for Virgil (Bo) Lynn Robbins, Sr.
Virgil (Bo) Lynn Robbins Sr. age 71 of Kiamichi, Oklahoma passed away from this life on February 1st, 2022 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was the husband of Debra Kay (Shoemake) Robbins whom he spent 50 years of marriage with. Bo was born in Divide, OK on July 1st, 1950. He was the son of Vernon Louis Robbins and Dorothy Jewell (Walker) Robbins. He graduated from Clayton High School and attended college at Southeastern Oklahoma State. Bo was a rancher and enjoyed raising cattle and caring for their land. He was a long time supporter of the Talihina FFA Chapter and other local youth organizations. He was baptized in his early teens by Rev. A Paul Cook, Christ Church, Little Cedar Creek in Divide, OK. Bo's hobbies included hunting, reading, storytelling, wood working, rabbit hunting with his beagles and spending time with his grandchildren.

Bo is survived by his wife Debra; son, Virgil Lynn Robbins Jr. and wife Patty; daughter, Charlotte Robbins Leonard; son, Rudy Rena and wife Tiffany; grandchildren, Justin Robbins, Tristian Leonard, Rebecca Robbins, Colby Leonard, Riley Robbins, Diego Rena, and Abigale Rena; great grandchildren, Aiden Bo Robbins, Asher Joel Robbins, and Gwaine Robbins; siblings, Louis Robbins and wife JoAnn, Connie Robbins Reese, Patricia (Trish) Robbins McCarn, Millard Robbins, Brenda Robbins Wilson and husband Jim, Rodger Robbins and wife Melissa, Sue Robbins Butler and husband Johnny, Travis Robbins and wife Judy, Shryl Robbins Hill, Johnny Robbins, Jeff Robbins and wife Patty, Weldon (Dig) Robbins and wife Tina.

Bo is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Louise Robbins and Dorothy Jewell Walker Robbins; sister, Cathy Robbins Loflin; sister, Deketa (Skeet) Robbins Upchurch Parker; and his two best friends, A.E. (Cotton) Meyers and Robert Curry.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 11th, 2022 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at McCarn Funeral Service in Talihina, Oklahoma.

Services will be on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 at 10:00AM at the Talihina School Auditorium with Bro. Steven Jeffcoat officiating. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina, Oklahoma.
