Robert C. "Bob" Sims, Jr., 78 years of age formerly of Packer Twp. Weatherly, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at home in Sheppton, Pennsylvania.

Born Monday, January 10, 1944 in Hazleton, Pennsylvania the son of the late Robert C. Sims, Sr., and Mae (Eckrote) Sims. Bob was also predeceased by; son, Robert Edward Sims; granddaughters, Shayla Leigh Bird; sister, Roberta Dotter.

Surviving are; beloved wife, Robin (Zahay) Sims; daughter, April Walters of Weatherly; grandson, Brady Walters.

A Freeland High School graduate, Bob served honorably in the United States Marines during the Vietnam War. He retired from Tobyhanna Army Depot having worked as a mechanic. Bob was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, and fishing.
