Obituary for Edna Sue Harris
Edna "Sue" Harris, age 88 of Clayton, Oklahoma passed away from this life on February 8th, 2022 in Paris, Texas. Sue was born on November 26th, 1933 in Allen, Oklahoma. Sue had a Master's Degree in education and was a teacher for over 28 years. She loved her students and kept up with them even after they graduated and moved away. Sue was a loving, caring person and to know her was to love her. She loved her family deeply and spent as much time with them as possible. Sue was a faithful member of the Clayton First Baptist Church. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Sue is survived by her son, William Cossey of Clayton, OK; grandchildren, Andrew Cossey, Aaron Cossey, Harley Cossey, Darrin Cossey, Kasey Cossey, and Susan Rainwater; great grandchildren, Nora Cossey, Kayden Cossey, Kadee Cossey, Chance Rainwater, and Candance Rainwater; brother, Jack Hill of Clayton, OK; sister, Sharon Law of Clayton, OK; nieces and nephews, Gail Lynn Moore of Foley, AL, Teresa Raulerson of Cruso, NC, John Davis Jr. of Clayton, OK, Tamara Hahn of Clayton, OK, Trey Law of Stratfrod, OK, Jackie Sue Lyle of Winder, GA, and Dorothy Hill Nelson of Irving, TX; fifteen great nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Sue is preceded in passing by her mother, Ruth Hill; sister, Lynn James; and son, Kent Cossey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the "Touch India Ministries" c/o First Baptist Church in Clayton or the Cartwright Memorial Library in Clayton in Edna Sue Harris memorial name.

Visitation will be on Monday, February 14th, 2022 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM at McCarn Funeral Chapel in Clayton, Oklahoma.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 at 2:00PM at AL Stephens Cemetery in Clayton, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to McCarn Funeral Service of Talihina, Oklahoma.
