Graveside services are scheduled at 2 p.m. Monday in Denison Cemetery for Nina Mayfield, 77, Ozona, Texas. Mrs. Mayfield died Friday in Crockett County Care Center, Ozona.
Local arrangements and burial are under direction of Norwood Funeral Home of Idabel.
Funeral services are today in the First Baptist Church of Ozona with the Rev. Jim Gray officiating.
Mrs. Mayfield was born Nina Mae Hardy on Jan. 9, 1909 in Wilson, Ark. She married Ivy Mayfield on Jan. 15, 1972 in Ozona. He preceded her in death on Nov. 8, 1981.
Mrs. Mayfield was a retired schoolteacher and a member of the First Baptist Chiurch of Ozona.
AMong survivors is a sister, Odessa Capps of Idabel. other survivors include six daughters, LaVern McDonald and Dorothy Ratliff, both of San Angelo, Texas, Billie Joyce of Big Lake, Texas, Carolina Mayfield of Los Angeles, Marilyn Sowell of Shannon, S.C. and Patsy King of San Angelo; one son, Bruce Mayfield of Ozona; and another sister, Martha Emert of Ardmore.
