Mrs. Strahl was born March 2, 1942, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Carl E. and Maxine E. Lang Fischer.
Judith married Perry Richard Baxter June 28, 1962; he preceded her in death August 22, 1984.
She later married Robert Lee Strahl October 15, 1988; he preceded her in death October 27, 2017.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, buck's and doe's square dancing club and FCRV camping club and was a 4-H leader for 40 years.
Survivors include her children, Nancy (Leon) Swift of Edinburgh, Jill (Scott) Renner of Columbus, Tony (Kelly) Strahl of Columbus and Darrell Strahl of Columbus; 14 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, David (Carol) Fischer of Florida and John (Donna) Fischer of Greenwood and a sister, Pauline (Bernie) Morris of New Mexico.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; a son, Michael Strahl and a granddaughter, Cady Lynn Garrison.
The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Todd Riordan officiating.
Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday and 9:00 a.m. to time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
She will be laid to rest next to her husbands at Garland Brook Cemetery.
