Mansford Thomas Buckler, retired Bear River East farmer, died at Digby General Hospital, Thursday. Born at Greenland 82 years ago, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Berry) Buckler. He was a member of the Clementsvale Baptist Church. He leaves his wife, the former Carrie Trimper; sons, Willis of Bear River; Clayton of Bridgetown and Athel of Bear River; daughter Elva, Mrs Stanley Poole of Bridgetown; brothers Reginald of Lexington, Mass.; Howard of Bear River East; Roscoe, Bear River; Otis of Clementsvale; sisters, Mrs Sadie Wiles of Bear River East; and Ethel, Mrs Harold Trimper of Greenland. Funeral was Sunday from the Clementsvale Baptist Church, with interment at Clementsvale.
