Benjamin F. Kelm, 75, of 2075 N. Church St. died 10:32 a.m. Friday (May 10, 1985) in his home. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in Brintlinger's Persing Funeral Home, with visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Oconee Mound Cemetery, Oconee.
Mr. Kelm was born in Martinsville, son of James and F. A. (Effie) Kelm. He was a retired maintenance department employee for the U. S. Postal Service, a minister and member of Jehovah's Witnesses. He married Helen L. Diefenthaler in 1948. She died in 1983.
Surviving are his son Frederick of Decatur; sister Mabel Thomas of Rossville; four grandchildren. Two brothers, Ralph and Seibert, preceded him in death.
