Like most persons with Downs Syndrome, Winston was a very loving, kind, big-hearted, pleasant man. He was also talented and creative, making masterpieces with crayon and paper. He spent most of his life at home with his sister Gena Mae and their parents, but eventually went to live at Partlow State School where he lived out the remainder of his life. Those relatives who visited him, said he appeared to be well adjusted there and had many friends.
