Mr. Wilcoxen, of 10310 Corte del Sol Este, a native of Racine, Ohio, came to Arizona 38 years ago from Fort Wayne, Ind. He was an auditor 20 years for Beneficial Loan Co. and had attended Bliss Business College, the University of Ohio and Industry and Lenders Institute.
A 50 year member of the Masons, he was treasurer of Scottsdale Masonic Lodge 43 from 1950 to 1966, a member of the Scottish Rite, El Zaribah Shrine and an Elks lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Nell; a son, Charles L. of California; a daughter, Mrs. Janette Smith of Phoenix; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
