Arthur Allan Pendleton died on November 15, 2016. He was born on April 17, 1925 in Bayside, New York. Arthur was called to U.S. Service in 1944 and served with the 101st Airborne Division at the "Battle of the Bulge". Following his service he attended and graduated from Dickinson College in 1948.

Arthur married Adelaide "Bunny" Conlon in 1951 and was recalled to service that year during the Korean War, serving in Germany. They moved to Jacksonville in 1953 and later to Miami, FL in 1955. He worked for Aetna Insurance Company, Coates and Dorsey, and retired from Frank B. Hall & Co. as Executive Vice President. He was President of the Propeller Club, Port of Miami, Vice President of Kiwanis, Director of Marine Council, and Foreman of the Grand Jury in 1970. He moved to Naples in 1993 and was active with Moorings Country Club, serving on its board and with St. William Catholic Church.

He is survived by his son, R. Todd Pendleton and his wife, Cindy, of New Orleans, LA and grandson, Bryan A. Pendleton and his wife Julia of Richmond, VA.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on November, 25, 2016 at St. William Catholic Church 601 Seagate Dr., Naples, FL 34108. Private interment will be at a later date.
