William R. Powers
William R. Powers, husband of Mrs. Mary (Brenah) Powers, died at his home, 82 June street, yesterday morning. He was the son of the late James Powers and Mary (Cunningham) Powers. Besides his widow and mother, he leaves two sons, William R. Powers, Jr., and Philip J. Powers; two brothers, John and George Powers, and a sister, Mrs. Cora Kinnery of Millbury. He was a member of the Worcester Elks, Knights of Columbus, Commercial travelers, the Master Plumbers' association, the Lions' club and the Massachusetts Sanitary club. Relatives and friends are invited to the home between the hours of 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral will be at his home at 8:15 Monday morning, followed by requiem high mass at Blessed Sacrament church at 9 o'clock. Burial will be at St. John's cemetery.
