AMARILLO - Ura "Billie" Moon, 97, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 1994 in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Moran Cemetery in Moran. Arrangements are by Bell Avenue Chapel of Schooler-Gordon-Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Moon lived in Borger from 1926 until 1982 when she moved to Amarillo. She was a member of Moose Lodge and Elks Lodge. She served as cook for the Elks Lodge for over 12 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Moran.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William in 1974; and a son, Willard Taylor in 1973.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Burney of Amarillo; a sister, Velma Bigsby of Midland; a brother, Dary Edwards of Moran; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family will be staying at 1919 Cedar.
