Kathy Andresek (nee Shaw)
Kathy passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in her Germantown home, leaving us too soon on August 25, 2021 at the age of 69. She was beloved wife of the late Jack. Loving Mother to Jenny (Robert) Fetzer of Delafield and Brian Wartgow of Butternut. Special Grandma of Kayla, Brady and Mason Fetzer. Stepmother to Philip (Sharon) Andresek, Tempe, AZ, Joan Andresek (Paul Marquardt) of Clyman and John Andresek of Iron Ridge. Cherished sister of Georgia Everson of West Bend, Alyce Droese of Palmer, Alaska and Don (Chris) Shaw of Colgate. Further survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends. Preceded in death by sisters Elaine Hatch, Charlotte Johnson, Gloria Kempfer and her parents Ethelyn and George Shaw.
We will remember her beautiful smile and infectious laugh as well as her incredible sense of humor. She loved to read, golf, garden, and travel, especially to Hawaii. She was kind and generous and embraced life fully. She will be missed beyond measure.
Special thanks to Donnie, Paul, George and the boys for all their hard work remodeling her condo and brightening her days. Lots of love to Jennifer for being such a good friend to Kathy. Special mention to her Hawaiian vacation cohorts.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls from 12:30pm - 2:30pm. Memorial service to follow. Private burial will take place at a later date.
