Floyd Ray Jones was born January 18, 1944, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James Frances Jones and Mildred Eunice (Miller) Jones. Floyd went home to be with the Lord March 9, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Floyd worked at Maxwell Supply years where he retired. He was of the Assembly of God faith. He enjoyed going fishing and hunting with his grandson and playing with his great grandchildren. He loved talking to everyone and telling his stories. He loved his family and they all loved him. Floyd's nickname was Peanut but to everyone he was Grandpa.

Floyd is survived by his wife Barbara of the home; two children: Kathy of Collinsville, Oklahoma; Lucille and husband Les of Jennings, Oklahoma; three sisters: Brenda Hensley of Kentucky; Jeanette Bickerstaff of Tulsa; Patty Milliser of Tulsa; two brothers: Robert Jones of Tulsa, Oklahoma; twin brother Lloyd Jones of Foyil, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.

Floyd was preceded in death by his parents, son Raymond Rogers, brother Delbert "Dinky" Jones, sister Mary Thompson.

Funeral services will be held on Monday March 14, 2022, at 10:30am at First Assembly of God Church in Jennings, Oklahoma. Final resting place at Jennings cemetery under the direction of Chapman-Black Funeral Home of Cleveland, Oklahoma.
