Survived by one son; two daughters; five grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Darleen, graduated from Covington High School, Class of 1960. Graduated from Lakeview School of Nursing, Danville, Illinois, with RN Degree and BSN Degree.

Retired from Lakeview Hospital with 33 years of service.

Member of Salem United Methodist Church.
