Alexis Jo "Lexy" Anderson, 16 months, of Lexington died Monday, May 17, 2004, at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
She was born Jan. 13, 2003, in Louisville, Ky., the daughter of Tim and Melinda Anderson.
Surviving are her parents; her grandparents, Charles F. and Susan Anderson of Lexington, Sue and Rick Armand of North Vernon and Charlie and Brenda Austin of Henryville; her great-grandparents, Ethel Whicker of Hanover, Margaret Sommer of Madison, Chuck Grider of Lehigh Acres, Fla., and Jim and Dorothy Thompson of Bradenton, Fla.; and several aunts and uncles.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, with burial in Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Austin.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
