The young actress Elena Akopian began her career in the theater of Fedor Komissarzhevsky and became his wife, in 1919 he emigrated to London.In 1922 at the Fairyland Theatre, under the name Mme. Komisarjevskaia participated in the Broadway revue "Chauve-Souris", which the viewer saw at the premiere screening of the phono film "The Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" by Lee de Forest on April 15, 1923 at the "Rivoli Theater" (the film is stored in the Library Congress).
