Alice Faye Baldwin Belcher, 78, lifelong resident of McDowell County, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Princeton Community Hospital.

Born on November 29, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Clara Barber Baldwin. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Little Vine Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Onnie Belcher; siblings, Lloyd Baldwin, Virgil Baldwin, Norman Baldwin, Regina Winegar, Betty (Robert) Woods, Randall Baldwin of NC, and Wayne Baldwin; and a grandchild and 2 great grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Michael (Kathy) Belcher of IL, Joe (Marsha) Belcher of WV, Jimmy (Frances) Belcher of NC, Juanita (Charles) Rotenberry of NC, Jason (Amber) Belcher of WV; 16 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Joyce (Jesse) Prunest of WV, Irene (Doug) Lilly of NC, Donna Angell of NC; sisters in law, Barbara Baldwin of NC, brother in law, Bill Winegar of MI, Nancy Baldwin of NC and Brenda Baldwin of MI.

Funeral services will conducted on Friday, March 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Tom Belcher and Rev. Ray Altizer officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
